Many thanks to Tereza and Martin for planning our honeymoon in the Seychelles. I was very pleased with their active approach. Everything was solved immediately and they fulfilled every wish I came up with. In 12 days we discovered 2 islands, stayed in 3 beautiful accommodations, visited countless beaches and other amazing places. We used all their tips for meals and trips. Thank you so much for our wonderful Christmas holiday in the Maldives! We decided to go somewhere during Christmas period beginning December, so we did not give Tereza much time to plan everything. Nevertheless we had a fantastic holiday! Everything was perfectly prepared. We communicated also during the vacation time – Travelmate kept reminding us about plans for the next day, just great! In the evening before Christmas we had some complications with the accommodation provider and we really had 100% support from Travelmate in resolving the situation, even though it was the night before Christmas Day in the Czech Republic! In the end, everything was solved and the outcome was even better than we expected. We continued to enjoy our holiday in paradise :-). It was great to find out that even in case of troubles, you have always someone to help you... Thank you very much. I was used to plan my vacation myself before going with Travelmate, but next time we will definitely go with them again :-) Their experience and effort to fulfill every wish is just unbeatable! If you decide to travel without a travel agency, I highly recommend TravelMate. We communicated mainly with Tereza and whenever I wanted or asked something, I could call. She was always very kind. She prepared a plan of our Seychelles trip. She answered all my questions immediately, or found out the next day. Martin, was also very kind and helped us with air tickets and online check-in. He really knows what he’s doing .. On the flight back we forgot the tablet on the plane and even after end of the trip he communicated with us and helped us in getting the forgotten things back from Zurich. Thank you for everything, I will definitely recommend you, if someone goes to holiday on their own. It was nice to have somebody to plan and help you while traveling. Thank you for your help and support before and during our trip to Thailand. Thanks for help with finding and booking the air tickets, seat in the plane and for information that helped us to navigate through the airports… it all made our first flight much more enjoyable. Many thanks to Travelmate for help with accommodation in Italy. The travel agency told us that in the accommodation we had chosen, it is not possible to reserve specific apartment, which we needed as we travelled with small children. Travelmate arranged the reservation directly with the accommodation provider in a short time and everything turned out well. Thank you once again.
